Mr Price is robbing me and destroying my reputation-Terrible service

I have an account with Mr Price,I once skipped payment in May 2017 due to my retrenchment,but after that I was consistant in paying them,on Monday when I check my credit report on Transunion ,Mr Price never updated my profile,to date they are still reflecting me as not paying and owing them over 150+ Days, I need them to correct my information as this is blocking me from doing other important things.Ihave never received such horrible service yet I am paying my account monthly,on time,the correct amount.
