Mr Price is PATHETIC at customer service!

Mr Price customer service is honestly pathetic!!!

After my initial review on here about the difficultly of getting a response from them in regards to closing my account they NEVER actually closed, a few weeks back, Mr Price claimed to have contacted me privately and this was their message:

"Hello Welcome to Mrp Money. We’re here to assist you with anything you need. Kindly be advised the account was never closed, that is why they is still a balance. Chat soon."

No apology. No urgency to assist a client. They never got back to me again since they sent me this terrible email. All I want is to have my account closed as it should've been months ago!
