MR Price is PATHETIC!

POOR SERVICE!!! I ordered something seven days ago and I chose the option to pick up at A collection point which takes 2 to 4 working days, I have been waiting seven days and Mr Price could not give me an explanation!!!! This service is honestly ********** and I would not recommend buying anything from them online. In stores the service is also pathetic!!
