Mr Price is pathetic

I purchased a phone at Mr price Mossel bay mall, the phone is freezing and apps DON'T wanna open I then returned it just the following day, they told me that they DON'T do refunds or exchanges for different models, they do NOT want to refund me my money back or a different model phone, even the manager couldn't help me, I'm now stuck with this dumb phone that I cant do anything with coz it's still freezing.
