Mr Price is misleading their customer

<p>I recently opened an account with Mr Price, and was credit which I spent. So I've been paying a monthly installment on my account at first I thought it was my misunderstanding until two weeks ago when I went to pay off my monthly installment and I had credit available at that time I didn't find anything I wanted until a week ago when I found something appropriate for me and had credit available for R120.00. So when I went to Mr Price to spend that R120.00 to my surprise I had credit available for R97.00. I informed the cashier that it must be a mistake becuase when I made a payment I was informed I had R120.00 available, she looked at my slip and saw that it was actually true then she searched on her screen and informed it was because of admin fee and all the excuses she gave. I mean who would deduct admin fee from the credit you have available and if so why can't they do it before they can inform you how much credit you have available. I feel that they are just misleading us for no reason with credit that is available and later gets deducted because of "admin fee". really dissapoited from such.</p>
