Mr Price is messing with my livelihood

Mr price sport's account was opened under my name. Mr price ***** department concluded it was ********** account in January 2020 after logging a case in 2019. I was told they will send a communication to all credit bureau's to remove the account on my profile.

A potential employer (BANK) recently did a credit check and found this defaulted account on my profile and as such they can not offer me employment. Mr Price have neglected to make this right even though they know what negative impact it can have on anyone's life. When i asked what checks they have in place to prevent this, i got no response.

I have no idea what to do anymore as this is messing up my life in different ways and Mr Price couldn't care less.

Mr Price representative sent me an email to tell me she can not do anything for me. The issue was NOT escaleted to anyone. She just asked me to send an email which is something I have been doing all along and no one responds. Its clear they don't care about how am affected by this...I'm about to loose a second job offer because of them.

If anyone knows any government agency that could intervene and have Mr Price clear my name asap.
