Mr Price is killing my reputation 😭😭😭

I had an account with Mr Price.I had to pay up the account and close it.The issue was the insurance company that was attached to the account.That company was unreachable for me to cancel.The decision at the store was that I close the account.I did close the account.Only to find that the insurance is still deducting.The account is still open because of it.Im so hurt because it appears on credit bureau.It is destroying my life.Im at my wits end now.Please help 😭😭😭😭
