MR PRICE IS ****ING USELESS

MR Price is ****ING USELESS! They still haven't updated my account eventhough its paid in FULL!! I need to apply to get a car but they are saying that I have been handed over to ICT by MR Price!!! When I try calling MRP Group, no one answers!! I'm Getting a lawyer now because this is ****ing ridiculous!!!!!
