Mr Price is highly *********. This is not a store that you can trust to be fair towards you as a customer.

I had lodged a complaint with Mr Price Mobile because I no longer wanted the SIM card which they gave to me under false pretences. I was informed that the SIM card was cancelled on the 18th of February, then suddenly on the 19th there is a billing on my account related to that SIM card, then in the month of March I see another billing to my account related to that SIM card.

Throughout the handling of this query, the Mr price staff are all telling me different things, which has really caused me to be suspicious because I have repeated the same thing to all the consultants/agents I spoke to, but each one has a different story. they all seem to be giving me a different story so that they can avoid reversing the unwarranted charges to my account.

What is worse is Mr Price thinks they are above complying with the consumer protection act, and that they can bill you for things you know nothing about. Obviously they hope to frustrate consumers enough and wave the threat of being blacklisted in our faces to cause us to pay for things we shouldn't even have been billed for.

I exercised my right to cooling off, but Mr Price apparently does not give a damn. They still billed my account for that SIM card even though it was cancelled and I had never even used it. and now I am being given a variety of nonsensical reasons as to why my account was still billed even though the SIM card was cancelled and never active.
