Mr price is going downhill

Infuriated by this store. The security is so bad and what's worse the manager of that store just looks on as customers are being treated like *********, having to prove they bought the clothes before they can leave! Thought this was a better South Africa, I imagine that's a little bit what segregation was like in South Africa. If you need to check the receipt of customers, put up a sign at the doors; at the cashiers. I went with my mom, she as many puts her receipt away in her bag when she got to the door the security took her bag and insisted on seeing her receipt first. She couldn't find it, a long with another women with her grandkids, standing by the door not leaving because she buried her receipt in her bag. I was with this lady in line, she paid for her clothes. But now she cannot leave with her own property. If people are *****ing from you're store, then don't make your loyal customers suffer for it. Fix the problem instead of treating me and my family like *********. To top it all off, during this frantic confusion of trying to find the receipt, we ended up forgetting our bags of clothing in the store. Thank you so much for the bad service (sincerely sarcasm). Now I have to fix it and waste my valuable time and petrol! Pathetic!
