Mr Price is failing me

I was owing R6000 , I lost my job then I made the arrangements that I'm gonna pay atleast R100 until I find another source of income, and I did just that to my surprise that I now owe R7 810. I made arrangements with a consultant and he informed me that they will only charge service fee because I made an arrangement and not interest, to my surprise when I reveive a statement. I feel so defeated I even feel like just letting them blacklist me because they are taking advantage of me. Earlier this year I spoke to Noxolo who made a promise to refund the simcard money that they were deducting from my account but she aslo failed me.

Mr price just don't care about their customers I just regret opening the account with them
