Mr Price is dissapointing

Someone opened a ********** Mr Price account in my name. I brought this matter to the attention of Mr Price and the lady by the name of Zama Nyuswa was assisting me at their ***** department. My goodness I have never met someone so *********** in my life. The girl lacks basics of customer service to say the least. Firstly she said she was investigating the matter, a couple of days later she just sent me a letter that shows that the account was closed. No call for an apology, or to let me know how did this happen whatsoever. I called her to find out how did my information end up with them, such that they ended up opening an account in my name she could not answer. i also asked her what will then happen to the cellphone number that was RICA'd in my name that was bought from the account, I am still waiting to come back to me on that one. I really think I deserve to know what happened, as I never lost my ID before so I deserve an explanation. Secondly if a number is RICA'd in my name, I then assume that I will have to take responsibility of anything that will happen on that number so with that I also deserve a resolution. This Zama lady is very dissapointing, I mean she doesn't even read her e-mails. i would send her an email and have to then call her again a couple of days later because she does not respond.
