Mr Price is a waste of time

My Partner and I are moving into a new place, so decided to open a Mr Price account to get odds and ends for the house, the extremely helpful lady at the Blue Route branch was so happy to assist and even gave us great advise to open a furniture account, but that this must be done at the Diep River branch. This is where the nightmare starts for my partner, first it gets declined, then he gets told to come in again, then gets told to close the first account, then gets told not to close the first account, then gets told they need a copy of his ID, then gets told to bring in original ID, then gets told to wait for their phone call then gets told to bring in all documents again (can you see where this frustration is going?) Up and down to the Diep River branch all week (this costs us petrol) all because Head Office cant figure out what they are doing (There was only one very helpful lady at the Diep River branch that actually knew what she was doing) Now he has received an sms to say his application has been cancelled! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Disgusting behaviour from MR Price, there was no reason for this application to be CANCELLED! I will post this all on social media as well
