Mr Price is a ********** Company!!

I opened my account with Mr Price a few months, their insurance company called me and offered me the service card payment of which I declined cause I didn’t see the need to insure my card.. But when I check my statements I realized that Mr Price has been charging me for the service card fee which I declined the last time. I emailed last month to ask them to cancel it and I didn’t receive any response from. I then complained on their Twitter account last week Monday and I was told that they will escalate the matter to their insurance company soon, I texted them again last week Friday for a follow up and I got no response.. It’s Monday today and I still haven’t been contacted by their insurance company and my texts are being ignored!!
