Mr Price is a bunch of *******

I am ABSOLUTELY shocked that after phone call after phone saying that I DONT want any policies or protect plans or funeral policies and that all these things must be removed, I was still charged with something. I paid my account in FULL and requested the store to close my account. THIS WAS NOT DONE !!! Account was still open. And I have been charged for some Accident Protection WHATEVER plan TWICE plus interest and a service fee for my card. SERIOUSLY!!!! This account should have been closed. ZERO BALANCE NOTHING MORE OWING!!! This is thievery and *****!!! I have emailed customer care and No answer as of yet.
