Mr once gave my dad a simcard after opening their account telling him that they gonna give him free whatsapp data everymonth .They only sent that data for 1 month .My dad stopped using that sim card and finished paying his outstanding balance.He decided to close the account at the branch where he opened it they told him to go to town.My dad went to town they sent him back to where he opened the account.He then gave up saying he isn't owing so if they see that the card isn't working anymore they'll close it.After few months they started sending him Massages saying he is owing money .He went to the branch to check they said he have been buying airtime all along mind you the card is still with him and he never bought airtime.Now they say he owes more than the balance they told him last time.
