Mr Price Insurance-worst service

I joined Mr Price Insurance in August 2017 after opening my account, I took the 360 degree plan and I never claimed until September 2019. I have never missed a payment on my account. I submitted my claim hospitalization on the 13 of September with all the documents. I didn't get a confirmation for a week so I tried to call them and calls were not going through, I sent an email again and there was no response. After weeks of trying to call them they said the claim will be processed and I will receive feedback via sms or email. Its been six weeks and I haven't received feedback and calls are not going through.
