Mr price insurance ****

I am ready to take legal actions if needed be. I'm tired of this ********** stunt to make me pay for something I don't want. So when I was sold the 360 degree insurance, I was promised heaven and earth. And when I was about to claim all changed. I have been calling and sending emails for me price to cancel this insurance of theirs but they just don't reply and don't cancel. From 2019 December to date. I even stopped paying the account hoping I will get their attention but still they refuse to cancel. Ad I ended up paying the account because it's affecting my credit record. Please people advise what measures I can take for this ********.
