Mr Price Insurance not cancelled as requested
I opened a Mr. Price account in May 2024, on 28 May I was called by their insurance department who offered me insurance. I took 3 insurance policies at the time: 1FCB8B2D8D 693D77077F 41CDB2CDC8 Upon the arrival of my insurance documents, I realized that I wouldn't be able to afford them. On 10 June I emailed a request to cancel all the policies, which is still within the cooling period. I received a statement reflecting the insurance charge. I requested for the insurance charge to be removed and cleared off my account. I haven't received any confirmation of the cancellation. Please clear this off my account for the account to reflect a correct balance and I will make a payment.

The only this I got is another statement, reflecting the insurance charges. I am told my account is suspended due to non-payment. I WILL NOT BE PAYING THIS ACCOUNT UNTIL MY QUERIES ARE RESOLVED!
