Mr Price Insurance Account

I opened a clothing/furniture account at Mr Price, and it was activated. They called me and sold me insurance linked to my account, stating I could cancel it anytime I wanted. I called and emailed them, saying I wanted to cancel the account as it kept increasing my premiums while I paid more to settle my installments sooner. They don't pick up the calls. They keep on saying we're transferring, but no answer. The emails are not being responded to.
