Mr Price Insurance

March 2024 I was offered a 360° Protection Plan insurance, which was intended to assist me should I loose my job I'll be able to pay off my account. So I've lost my job, 6months later I'm like let me claim from the insurance only then that it's brought to my attention that I wasn't supposed to take that insurance if I wasn't permanently employed. Their consultant made commission, they already been taking monthly premium, now I have to forfeit my money and just like that it's case closed for them? My credit score is being compromised by that. I've been compromised right from the beginning by Mr Price people cutting corners when doing their job. From when I went to activate my account
