Mr Price Insurance "****"

I opened an account earlier this year and I joined 3policies as I thought I will be paying from my pocket not account. When I realized that I requested for all those policies to be cancelled. I emailed and I called them and they told me there are on it, that was on the 28th of April. To my surprise they still added those policies that I told them to cancel. I got in touch with them in June and they told me I should have followed up, I told them to rectify their mistakes. They immediately sent an sms tht all policies have been successfully cancelled. The statement for the following month came and they hadn't cancelled the policies! I have been contacting them from July up until now they are still adding those policies. The bill has now accumulated to nearly R3000(mind you I have not even taken an earing from Mr Price on that credit they gave me). It seems like Mr Price Insurance is running a legal "****". Why is it so hard for them to cancel their policies? Clearly someone is not doing their job or its just ignorance. Is there any place I can report this, I have all the evidence of my communication with them. I cannot pay for things that I clearly told them I don't want. Why can't Mr Price rectify this? I am so disappointed in Mr Price.
