Mr Price insurance

What a disgusting experience with this department of Mr price. I've been trying to get through to them by phone call to check the process of my 360 degree claim for the past whole week,I even selected an option of a callback on the 31st of October,bt till now I'm waiting for the call. My claim was towards the end of September and was told that it will take 26 days to verify,okay fine I didn't argue with their way of processing. I was also told that I will be contacted if any extra information is needed for my claim but nobody did therefore I assumed all is in order. If my counting of days is wrong that I maybe can accept cause I'm not sure how they count,but what's irritating is that you call "their so called busy lines" for over 15 minutes not getting through. Yes insurance lines can be busy but why do they an option of callback if they will not do it? Why must I be the one doing a follow-up on my claim ? I am really so disappointed about in Mr Price insurance department.
