Mr Price Insurance

I have never experienced bad service as i have experienced by Mr Price Insurance. I had been retrenched in 2016 and in the month of April 2017 i filled in all their forms and faxed it to the claim office. Almost a year later i went to get some stuff as i have found work again and needed an outfit for work. I was informed that the insurance has not processed the claim. I emailed them and even told them to call me i have even tried calling but as i am working i do not have the time to hold on for the computerized answering service to finish her conversation. so at the end till now my account and claim has not been processed. R
