Mr Price ***********. Very ***********

I am very disappointed with Mr price. I ordered a phone online and they were taking long to deliver and I cancelled the order online. In a week they called and say they are delivering the phone. Told them the order is canceled. They took the phone back to their warehouse. 3 months later, the account is handed over to credit bureau. Njani. I did not sign off any order. Did not receive any phone. Tried to call few times not getting any help. Am frustrated. I need help. My credit score is ruined by *********** people.
