MR PRICE INCOMPETENCE

So, i paid off and requested cancellation on my MR PRICE account. It was confirmed that the account has been cancelled and the my profile will be updated End of APRIL to show that i have cancelled the account. Everything was in order as per our last conversation in April 2018. To my surprise after pulling my report i notice that the MR PRICE account is not closed and its showing as if i'm owing them and havent been honoring my payments. So i called them and i'm then being told it was not cancelled and apparently someone did not do their job and i was inconvenienced as a customer. ......................................................................................................................................................No one has bothered to resolve my query even now.
