MR. Price ignores my failed online order.

I made an online order on 31st May 2021. The payment went through, however the order failed and the items remained in my shopping cart. I contacted Mr. Price call center, and explained my situation. They are yet to assist me. Ive emailed them a proof of payment, as well as the order. What is disappointing is that the items were meant to be winter clothes for my toddlers, and the items have since gone out of stock. It is almost 2 weeks and Mr. Price has not assisted me.
