Mr price horrible online shopping experience

I made an online purchase at Mr price money was deducted from my account , however my order was not registered I have been emailing them even tried calling I’m not getting assisted I’m frustrated please fullfill my order or give me my money back. I went through their social media page and I noticed I’m not the only one complaining about their online shopping experience this is a nightmare please give me my money back
