Mr. Price Heidelberg. We paid our account in full on 3 September 2024. The cashier said we must go back in a few days time to make sure it is closed. On 6 September we went back, she said it is not closed yet. They are busy with the request. Today we went back to check up on the status of the account. Now all of the sudden we owe an installment again. Why? According to the statement, the very next day 4 September they billed us for insurance and so on. We closed the account, we paid in full and said close account. No further use for it. I am very disappointed in the Heidelberg branch for not doing their part. Now I have to pay again, for their slip up.
