Mr price headoffice refused to help me with Sim swap
I have an account with Mr price so I lost my simcard on Saturday the 2nd of September so I called Mr price for simswap but they refused to help me with the Sim swap saying I should pay the amount of money that I owe mind you I explained to them that am not working at the moment and am trying every month to pay so they said there's no way they can do the Sim swap before I pay the full amount and what hurt the most is that I've already sent the CVs with that number I regret having account with Mr price.
