Mr price head office unhelpful/useless

***** was committed in my account and reported it and all documents were submitted. While Mr Price was investigating, my account was frozen and I was still paying for 3 months. After the investigation Head office told me to go to the nearest Mr price store to make a new card, which I did. From the store, the employees called head office and the new card was activated and was told the previous credit before the ***** will be activated( That was March 2026). Two months later I'm still up and down with head office. No help at all. Can't even get help when I call on my own.
