mr price has bad bad service

i have placed an order with mr price onli and made an eft payment on the 25th of september from my absa account on the 30th i called after noticing that my order is still awaiting payments. i was given this email address to and pop [Email Removed] was advised to pay an additional 10 rand and send pop which i did but till this day no update about the order and when calling them im taken from pillar to post.and the above email is no more responding . i don't know what to do no more
