Mr Price Harassment
In November 2021 I requested that my Mr Price account are closed, after I made the final payment as requested by them. Now all of a sudden I owe R2678.47 and a payment of R305 is payable. After a request from them to email my request to close the account as well as proof of final payment, I did so. Now they want me to send them an affidavit, proof of Mr Price card (which I don't have anymore. I destroyed the card) and copy of ID. I refuse. Their customer service SUCK big time!
