Mr Price Group is a ****!

Two of my payments made in April are still not recorded on my Mr Price statements and on my Experian credit record. I have raised this and I received an email asking me to provide statements(the same statements that don't reflect my payments) I communicated that I'd like to get a follow up call so I can understand how the situation will be fixed but I have not gotten any response till today and the only communication I get is to pay up. If anyone knows how I can get help please assist. These people are ****ming regular law abiding citezens to make profits.
