MR Price Group and MCS!!! Horrible businesses to deal with!

I am beyond annoyed and frustrated with your debt collectors. They are rude, ****y, and do not give a **** about YOUR clientele, this is why you WILL lose many clients.

One month before level 5 lockdown, I have been unable to work as my industry works with ALL HIGH-RISK individuals and only these individuals. I have not received any salary nor UIF nor UIF TERS. I am in a horrible situation financially and then I still get a call from a ****y, snotty individual. I admit I was sarcastic, but a VALID question, WHEN will our PRESIDENT allow us to work again? He rep**** in a snotty manner "that I do not have to get technical with him as he is just doing his job" and the account is MY responsibility. Really? Do you think I am that stupid? Of course, it is, but it is our governments' ***** that is the reason I have no money! Because of *****, TERS and UIF were never paid out to some and I was just one of those unlucky people! Your agents sound like a monotone recording in the first place, they do not even have any telephone etiquette, whatsoever. NO EQ at all!!!! All of you still received some sort of remuneration during lockdown! I did not see a cent, barely had food, had to rely on donations from the community, which was/is few and far between.

Apart from emailing, calling, and constantly trying to contact you, I have not heard from you once regarding a payment arrangement. I do not want MCS calling me again if you want your money, a manager in your call centre will call me personally on my cellphone number, I will refuse to speak to anyone else.

I will only be allowed to return to work full time in February 2021, you will only receive full payments in March 2021. I will pay my account off and I will be closing my account and NEVER purchasing anything from you or your affiliates EVER again and I will be sure to inform all my family and friends to never purchase anything from you again. PATHETIC!!!!!!
