Mr Price Group & ACS Debt Collectors - Unfairly handed over even though payments are made

Due to financial difficulty I am unable to settle my account in full each month. I do however have a payment agreement in place which I honor every month. Even though I pay a set amount that I can afford each month they handed me over to ACS Debt Collectors.

This is highly unprofessional and shows the lack of empathy Mr Price has with customers who are going through financial difficulty. Not to mention the harassing calls that I receive on a regular basis. I am trying to settle this account as soon as I can. In the meantime I am paying the amount agreed upon each month.

You can continue to threaten me in any way you like. You can reach me via e-mail if you'd like to address this matter. Be assured that I will close my account when settled in full and NEVER buy from Mr Price again.
