Mr Price Group & ACS Debt Collectors - please STOP harassing me and update your records properly!

I am completely and utterly flawed and disgusted by the way Mrp is conducting themselves, mrp had recently contacted me to pay off the outstanding balance i had which was not more then a R1000, To which i had agreed to pay a max monthly payment of R200 as i recently had lost my job, notwithstanding the amount of phone calls they give you throughout the month and bill you for that or their exorbitant interest rate they keep adding onto your account which makes it so much more difficult to pay off your account! i recently landed a job at a law firm and have paid the account in full on the 08th March 2020 with an amount of R900 however when i logged onto my Mrp online profile i now am still owing an amount of R917.83 which i assume my balance had been charged with interest even tho my account is paid up to date. i contacted Mrp and a lady by the name of lebo keeps directing me to call ACS, i have and want nothing to do with them! fix my account!!

I have been a loyal customer to Mrp for more then 5 years and have spent an insurmountable amount of money in their stores. today that ends for me and my family. we will no longer purchase anything to do with Mrp and will negate any future trade with them going forward. we as the consumers are fed up with your service and debt collectors! fix up my account i will have no dealings with your debt collecting departments and want a letter stating that my account has been paid up. i know my credit score has been affected and has caused defamation to my name. sort this out immediately !! this is pathetic!!!
