Mr Price Group & ACS Debt Collectors - please STOP harassing me and update my ITC records properly

I'm not someone to complain every day but i have been having a terrible experience with ACS Debt Collectors and the Mr Price Group - so much so that I will never again do business in any of their outlets.

I found myself in a difficult financial situation during Covid Lockdown and was therefore not able to make payment on my monthly installments. I contacted Mr Price Group several times (telephonically and via email) to make arrangements but tellephonicaly you don't get thru and no response to emails the first response I got was from acs that my account has been handed over now the big problem is even now making monthly payments there is still extra fees on the account every month from acs I don't know why acs keeps harassing me every month to phone me and ask when and how much I'm gonna pay not to mension my biggest problem that I have is that even when I make my payments they don't PUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON MY ITC!!!!!!!!! It reflects as MISSED PAYMENTS I might just as well pay 50 cents a month until account is settled, never again will I buy from Mr price again I find this harassing, unprofessional and beyond frustrating.... the account will be paid in full but yet they just keep on and do not update their records properly.
