Mr Price, Greenacres Shopping Center, Port Elizabeth

I've recently visited one of your stores at Greenacres Shopping Mall. I received the worst customer service ever. Myself and other customers were chased out of the mall because your staff members wouldn't allow us to que in front of the store but rather outside the mall entrance parking lot. I can't understand why would your staff humiliate paying customers. My thoughts are what makes Mr Price Greenacres so special for them not to allow customers to que in front of the store? And how could the Manager of the store allow her staff to humiliate customers. The Malls security escorted us out of the Mall to que in the parking area. My family and I will no longer be supporting any of your stores in the future. Your staff members do not know what customer service is and I mean during this time we fighting Covid 19 and business are struggling to stay a float, yet Mr Price Greenacres are chasing paying customers away. I hope this gets resolved before you lose many more customers and the Manager and staff take responsibility for their actions.
