Mr Price Greenacres poor service

My children and I visited Mr Price Greenacres PE on 29 April 2021. We were left waiting in a cue for more than 2 hours because for the second time within a month their entire system crashed. Leaving buyers with only the option of paying cash, how ridiculous in the 21st century. The poor service continued with no one being able to offer the option of delivery or any other alternative but waiting endlessly for the system to come back online. This is the 2nd time in one month. Businesses complain about the effects of covid on their business and yet this is the level of service. In future I will stick with a business that provides service without the empty promises.
