Mr Price Greenacres disgusting behavior

I went to Mr Price in Greenacres after searching online for a bag I wanted. I saw online that they have the bag in store and proceeded to visit the store to make my purchase. When I got there I didnt find the bag, and asked a lady who works there for assistance. She took down the bags code and checked on the system. The bag was indeed at the store, it had arrived the previous day. I was then told they can't get the bag for me from the back, because they don't know which box the bag is in as there are many boxes with new items at the back and they would NEVER know which one it is among those boxes. I begged them to check, and asked why there aren't people working at the back for such issues. They told me in my face that they can't search it would take forever. I left there without the bag I wanted even though it was at the back inside the store. I am disgusted with how people from Mr Price in Greenacres operate. How do you turn a customer away who wants to make a purchase?? Why are people employed if they can't do their job?? I'm going on every social media platform and I'm going to make a huge noise about this!!!!!
