Mr Price Greenacres

I had a bad experience at Mr Price Greenacres .After standing in the long queue for an hour a Cashier named Siyanda gave me a bad attitude and told me I can't pay for my items using my mr price app even when I showed her my proof of identification. When I asked her to keep my items I will come back with the card to make payments she told me that is not her problem that I stood in the queue and when I come back with my card I must stand in the queue again. I have been a loyal customer for years and its cashier like this one that makes businesses lose customers . I am very unhappy about Siyanda's poor customer service.
