Mr Price Green Acres is a mess

I put on an laybye at Mr Price Green-acres for my daughter and then I pay fully on the 23rd of December but I couldn’t get the clothes it was chaotic I waited for about 2 hours while they were searching for the clothes. Until now I haven’t got the clothes.
