Mr Price give me my money please!!!!

I was buying an item on the MrP App on the 01/06 and when it came to payment /finalizing payment the app had an issue which resulted in money being debited from my account on the 01/06 but the money only cleared on their side and mine on the 03/06. I've contacted them numerous of times on Twitter, via email and calling the call centre, following up with them for Almost 2 weeks, only to be told that the finance department doesn't see MY money and that was that. Till this day, I haven't received my money and the feedback to me was very null, yet my money is with them because of their app issues which they didn't even apologize for. I want my money!!! I'm not employed so that money is a lot to me
