Mr Price give me a solution because I don't want a refund.

I ordered clothes online from Mr Price and I've been waiting for two weeks for my order. We originally stay in the Eastern Cape and I chose for my order to be delivered at Mr Price Shelly Centre because we are here to receive the order at Mr Price. It's been two weeks and we are leaving and my order still hasn't arrived. All they can do is refund me and I don't want that refund I want my order. Never have I ever waited this long for an order and it's not the first time that I've allowed my order to be sent there especially this time of year.
