MR PRICE GATEWAY BRANCH-DURBAN

I was utterly disspointed with MR PRICE Gateway branch. Here is my experience. So over the weekend my mum who lives in Newcastle came down to durban and purchased a few items on her MRP account, she left the slip with us incase we needed to change anything. Yesterday I went to MRP GATEWAY branch . Even though I had the slip, they refused to change any items in exchange for anything else. The store manager who was a female, was absoloutely rude even after me explaining that my mum stays in newcastle. She refused to do the exchange unless my mum was present. I have read the exchange policy and no where does it state that the account holder has to be present when exhanging items. The slip was there showing all the items we wanted to exchange, worst service from MR PRICE GATEWAY BRANCH.
