Mr Price_***** or Theft?

On the 15th June 2018 I went to my nearby Mr Price store at Umhlanga Gateway to do a purchase. I purchased 2 items, which was a female knit wear jersey (R159.99)and a top (R59.99). I recieved a sale purchase receipt which I did not take notice of immediately. It was when I decided to return 1 of the above mentioned items that I had noticed the receipt showing a purchase of 6 other items I did not know about. I have no knowledge of these items nor did I leave the store with anything other than the two items I know I purchased. After this discovery I immediately contacted the Mr Price customer service center. I was advised by a consultant to go to the store because this issue could only be dealt with in store. On 2nd July 2018 i went into the store for this query. Spoke to a supervisor in charge explained him the scenario, he took my details and said he is currently not in a position to help me because he needs to consult with higher authority and also conduct an investigation. He promised me he would contact me by this Friday 6th July 2018 and failed to do so. Please advise me as to a process I need to follow or if this issue can be resolved.
