Mr Price ***** Department is the worst,

On the 16th of October I went to make a purchase at Mr Price Menlyn. I was then alerted that I have exceeded my credit limit. I requested to see the transactions then I discovered that my account has been used at Clearwater Mall and Eastgate Mall on the same day and purchase of over 8000 were made. I was giving the number to their customer care department which then gave me a list of supporting documents I should submit, which I did on the 20th of October. Since then I have never heard anything from their ***** department and I’ve sent numerous of email follow ups and also used their WhatsApp contact chat but still no response. I will stop paying this account and should my name be blacklisted, Mr Price will know me. I’m so disgusted by the unprofessional service that we receive from this store. It really does not value their customers or is it because it dominated by black customers, hence so much lack of support to its customers! I’m sure if I were white, my case would’ve been prioritised and resolved by now!
