MR Price *****

I used to have an account with MR Price which I closed in 2019,someone decided to open an account under my name with then in February 2022 which I disputed immediately .I even called their call center and I was advided to do an affidavid and ID copy with 3 signatures .I phoned after a month to follow up and I was told that there is no acvcount with them unedr my name .I am now applying for a bond and I was told that they listed me on SAFPS .I have called their call center again to speak to someone from theri ***** division and I was told there is no direct contact number .They gave me the same email address that I emailed my document to and no one bothered to call me and provide an update ,let alone to provide me with the outcomeof their investigation as they promised to investigate .This is so fustrastating as this is blocking me from important things .
