MR PRICE *****

My MR Price account was **********ly used on the 6th of April. I reported the matter to MR Price at Quagga Centre Mall and the account was blocked according to them. They requested that I submit copy of my ID and Store card and the make affidavit at the police station which I did and submitted all these documents to them.

I never got any feedback from MR Price regarding their investigation on this ***** case. I keep getting calls from their call center instead asking me when will I pay my account.

I keep telling these people that I WILL NEVER PAY a cent for something I didn't do and I always tell them the same story of what happened with my account but it doesn't even look like they are recording this information on their system because every month a different person calls.

I am now wondering if my account was used by ******* or the MR Price staff because nothing is being done with regarding to investigating the matter. Are they now ******** their own clients knowing that even when you report the matter nothing is being done except for them demanding that you pay the account that you never even used.

I WILL NEVER PAY EVEN A CENT ON THIS ACCOUNT. Whatever they did they will have to undo it
